I am one never to leave poor reviews but calmly try to resolve a situation or issue. Well not here!!!! Never in my life have a dealt with poor customer service. I buy a vehicle which test drove fine - until the next day when the brakes locked up on me and the traction control kept pulsating the car while driving. Immediately took it down and the "owner" felt and heard it all and indicated oh it's an exhaust leak!!!! Take it to my "guy". So ok no problem he is trying to resolve the issue ha boy was I mistaken. Made an appointment with "his mechanic " where I left my car all day. You think he even looked at it NOOOOO. Dropped it off a second time to be told @ 4:30 in the evening I'm just getting to fixing my small exhaust leak! Then to be told well I have no idea what is causing the noise and the pulsation. Well thank you for causing me two days of not working for nothing to be accomplished. Take it back to the dealership they call a business and get told oh well we do not handle ABS/traction control. Take it to your mechanic and give me a price. Sure will you cover the bill for the vehicle to be fixed. I get once you get the estimate call. I call and get told let me talk to my mechanic and I'll get back in touch with you in an hour. Nothing no call back nothing. Return a call back two and a half hours later and surprise surprise he is not there. This place is a joke. To top it off my temporary plates expired Sunday and refused to give me an extension cause supposedly the title would be there Monday- surprise surprise it wasn't and still no temporary plate until I am able to register the vehicle. Absolutely worst experience I have ever encountered. Also they don't like informing people of the added fees for temporary plates etc that totals over 800 bucks. Shady shady place !!!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!! And still have nothing resolved with this joke of a place!
